Services, availability, pricing, and scope of work may vary depending on the property, surface condition, size, access, requested services, weather, safety conditions, and other circumstances.
SERVICE AREA
We provide mobile exterior cleaning services throughout portions of Boise and the Treasure Valley.
Service availability may vary by location, distance, scheduling availability, weather, and the nature of the requested work.
APPOINTMENTS AND SCHEDULING
Appointments are required before services are performed.
Appointments may be scheduled through our website, by telephone, or through other approved communication methods.
An appointment is not considered confirmed until Clean It Up Pressure Washing LLC has confirmed the appointment or otherwise accepted the scheduled service.
Same-day service may be available depending on scheduling and availability. Same-day service is not guaranteed.

A quote may be revised if the actual conditions, size, scope, accessibility, surface condition, or requested services differ materially from the information originally provided.
Additional work outside the agreed scope of work may require additional charges.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, a quote is not an unconditional guarantee of a final price.
SCOPE OF WORK
The services performed will generally be based on the agreed scope of work, estimate, service agreement, invoice, or other written or verbal arrangement accepted by both parties.
Customers should communicate any specific concerns, sensitive areas, known defects, fragile surfaces, previous damage, or special conditions before work begins.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Before service, customers should:
• Provide accurate information about the property and requested services
• Provide reasonable access to areas included in the agreed scope of work
• Inform us of known property conditions, damage, leaks, fragile surfaces, or other concerns
• Secure or remove items that could be damaged by water, cleaning solutions, pressure, or normal service operations
• Keep children, pets, and unauthorized persons away from active work areas
• Provide access to necessary water or other utilities when required for the agreed service
• Ensure that the person authorizing services has appropriate authority to do so
The customer is responsible for informing us of known hazards or conditions that may affect the safety or performance of the work.
PROPERTY CONDITIONS AND PRE-EXISTING DAMAGE
Exterior surfaces may contain pre-existing damage, deterioration, defects, oxidation, loose materials, failing coatings, damaged seals, cracks, leaks, weakened materials, or other conditions that may not be visible before cleaning.
Cleaning may reveal conditions that were already present before service.
Clean It Up Pressure Washing LLC is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage that was not caused by our negligent actions.
WATER, PRESSURE, AND CLEANING SOLUTIONS
Exterior cleaning involves water, pressure, cleaning solutions, and other conditions that may affect surfaces and surrounding property.
Different materials and surfaces have different limitations and risks.
We select cleaning methods based on the surface, condition, requested service, safety considerations, and reasonable professional judgment.
Certain surfaces may require soft washing or other lower-pressure methods rather than conventional high-pressure cleaning.
ROOFS, GUTTERS, WINDOWS, SIDING, AND OTHER SURFACES
Certain exterior surfaces may be susceptible to damage from water, pressure, cleaning solutions, age, deterioration, defective installation, or pre-existing conditions.
Examples may include roofs, gutters, siding, windows, screens, seals, caulking, painted surfaces, wood, masonry, concrete, fences, decks, patios, and other exterior materials.
Customers acknowledge that cleaning methods must be reasonably appropriate for the surface and that no cleaning method can eliminate every risk associated with pre-existing deterioration or defective materials.
STAINS, DISCOLORATION, AND CLEANING RESULTS
Cleaning results may vary depending on the type, age, severity, and cause of staining or discoloration.
Some stains, oxidation, rust, oil, paint, organic growth, mineral deposits, embedded contaminants, and other discoloration may not be completely removable through ordinary cleaning methods.
Clean It Up Pressure Washing LLC does not guarantee that every stain, discoloration, or imperfection will be completely removed.
Cleaning may improve the appearance of a surface without restoring it to a new or original condition.
WEATHER AND SAFETY
Services may be delayed, rescheduled, modified, or canceled when weather, temperature, wind, precipitation, lightning, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances make performance impractical or unsafe.
Safety takes priority over completing a scheduled service on a particular day.
PAYMENTS
Payment may be accepted through available payment methods, which may include cash, check, major payment cards, and payment processing services such as Square.
Payment terms may vary depending on the service, estimate, invoice, or agreement.
Customers are responsible for paying agreed charges for services performed.
CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

No guarantee is intended to promise that every stain, defect, discoloration, or condition will be completely removed or permanently prevented.
DAMAGE CONCERNS AND CLAIMS
